Solidexy leverages the state management and authentication processes outlined in ERC-4519 to dynamically manage ownership and usage rights of tokenized assets. Through smart contracts, the platform can accurately reflect the current state of an asset, whether it is awaiting owner authentication, engaged with an owner, assigned to a user, or engaged with a user. This feature facilitates flexible and secure arrangements for asset utilization, including leasing, fractional ownership, and shared usage.
