Tokenization Process and Asset Representation
Asset Submission and Verification: Asset owners submit their RWAs for tokenization on Solidexy. Each asset undergoes a thorough verification process to confirm its authenticity, ownership, and eligibility for tokenization. This process may involve physical inspections, provenance checks, and legal due diligence to ensure the asset's compliance with regulatory standards.
Digital Twin Creation and Ethereum Address Assignment: For every verified RWA, Solidexy creates a digital twin on the blockchain, encapsulating detailed information about the asset. Concurrently, an Ethereum address is generated for the physical asset, enabling it to interact with the blockchain for actions such as signing transactions, a feature made possible by ERC-4519. This step is crucial for IoT devices and other assets capable of digital communication.
Token Minting and Asset Linkage: Once the digital twin is established, a unique ERC-4519 NFT is minted to represent the RWA on the blockchain. The NFT is cryptographically tied to the physical asset, ensuring a secure and verifiable link between the digital token and its real-world counterpart. This linkage facilitates the authenticity verification and trustless ownership transfer of the tokenized asset.
